Xooker is a FREE mobile platform that offers users a way to use discounts, buy discounted certificates and earn rewards from participating businesses. It allows consumers to discover offers, engage with local brands, and redeem rewards using their mobile devices.

Xooker works through a mobile application that users can download and install on their smartphones. Users can create an account, browse through available offers from local businesses, and engage with those businesses to earn additional rewards points. They can redeem their offers and earned rewards points at the participating businesses to receive discounts or other benefits.

To start using Xooker, you need to download the FREE Xooker mobile application from the respective app store for your smartphone platform (iOS or Android). Once installed, you can create an account within the app and begin exploring the available offers and rewards.

Xooker is free for users to download and use. There are no upfront costs or subscription fees associated with using the platform. However, Xooker does offer discounted certificates for 40-50% off when you purchase before your visit.

You can earn loyalty rewards on Xooker by joining rewards clubs and redeeming offers provided by participating businesses. Each time you make a visit be sure to get a punch for the corresponding loyalty card in your app. Some participating businesses offer a free reward just for joining their loyalty club!

When you have accumulated enough loyalty punches and have earned your reward, you can visit the participating business. Open the Xooker app, go to the specific reward in your Xooker wallet, and follow the instructions for redemption.

To access your Xooker certificate you must use the FREE Xooker App. Please follow these steps: Sign into the app with the same email address and password used to purchase the certificate from Deal Marketplace. Open your Xooker app and go to your Xooker wallet (bottom right corner). Click the Deal Marketplace Certificates tab – this will show all your purchased Certificates. Click the Deal Marketplace Certificate and scan the business’ QR code provided by the restaurant to finish the redemption process.

Xooker is available in select locations where participating businesses are available. The availability of offers and rewards can vary depending on your location. It’s best to check the app to see which businesses are participating in your area.

Download and Login to the Xooker app, if you are not already. Click ‘Wallet’ in the bottom right corner of your screen and select the category of offer you’d like to redeem. Then click the deal you’d like to redeem. Once the deal is open click the ‘Redeem’ button and scan the QR code provided by the business.

Your Rewards Points can be redeemed directly from the home page of the Xooker app. From the home page, scroll down towards the bottom of the screen until you see a section that says “Rewards Points”. On the right-hand side of the screen in this section is a button that says “Redeem Rewards Points”. Click that button and you will be presented with rewards that you can choose from.

Open the Xooker app and make sure you are logged into your account. Click on the ‘Wallet’ icon in the bottom right hand of your screen. Select the first section labeled, ‘Gift Certificates’. Scroll if needed and swipe left on the certificate that you’d like to be refunded.Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank/credit card statement. **Please note- you are only able to request a refund on certificates purchased within the last 7 days.

Once the promotional value of a certificate has expired, you can still use it for the paid value. For example, a $20 certificate that you purchased has expired, you can still use it for the paid value of $10.
